Abstract

The study cross-sectional analysis of hospital medical incident reports from May 2019 to April 2020. 365 medical incidents reported and analyzed by medical staff of the hospital: 56.7% of incidents were reported in the internal group, 36.2% occurred in the treatment room, 8.5 % of incidents occurred on Friday every week, 21.6% of incidents occurred during the day between 12-18h, 61.1% of crash subjects were patient, 62.7% of reported incidents caused level minor injuries, 58.4% of incidents occur, increasing resources for the patient, 60.8% of the causes of incidents are caused by medical staff. Medical incidents reported at Phu Tho general hospital are not many, but the characteristics are very diverse and is a new database in the problem of reporting medical incidents in Vietnam.
