Abstract

Non-Hodgkin lymphoma is the most common hematological malignancy, which accounts for almost 3% of all cancer diagnosis worldwide, with lifetime incidence of 0.72% for men and 0.35% for women. Ocular adnexal lymphoma is a rare manifestation of extranodal lymphoma, with atypical symptoms, this disease is easily misdiagnosed, leading to delayed treatment. During the course of treatment, we have recorded a case of a 38-year-old female patient presenting with symptoms in the eyes, ears, nose and throat. The disease progressed through many stages of progression and initially responded to treatment at the Hematology Center, Bach Mai Hospital.
