Abstract

Cervical cancer and endometrial cancer are the two main types of cancer of the uterus. Hysterectomy due to these two types of cancer, in addition to the general health effects like other cancers, also affects the woman's reproductive function and motherhood. Therefore, good nursing care not only helps patients recover quickly but also helps stabilize their psychology. Objective: Describe the results of nursing care for patients after uterine cancer surgery at K Hospital in 2023 and some related factors. Subjects and methods: Prospective descriptive design on 154 patients with cervical cancer or endometrial cancer at K Hospital in 2023. Results: Rate of 90.3% of patients having results Take good care. Factors such as comorbidities, body mass index (BMI) and treatment compliance of the patient and the patient's family are related factors that affect the results of care.
