EFFECTIVENESS OF ADJUVANT CHEMOTHERAPY FOR BREAST CANCER STAGE II-IIIA BY 4AC-4D AT THANH NHAN HOSPITAL

Abstract
Purpose: Assessment 5-year disease-free survival (DFS), 5-year overall survival (OS), factors influencing and affect 5-year DFS, 5-year OS. Conduct a survey factors that affect DFS and OS. Methods: Retrospective study in 76 patients were treated by chemotherapy after Patey’s mastectomy at Thanh nhan hospital from 06/2016 to 06/2018 follow up to 06/2023. Results: 5-year DFS was 63.2%, 5-year OS was 89.3%. Significant differences in DFS accor stage, hormonal receptor status and Her2 status. Conclusion: Applying the 4AC-4D regimen on patients with stage II-IIIA adjuvant breast cancer at Thanh nhan hospital has high efficiency.
