Lower eyelid ectropion is a serious complication after lower eyelid cosmetic surgery, severely affecting the function and aesthetics of the eye. Full-thickness skin grafting is an effective treatment for lower eyelid ectropion. There are 83.3% of cases in progress of patients ectropion which decreases from grade III, II, I down to no condition of ectropion, however, there are still 16.7% of cases with marginal outcome which decreases from grade IV, III to grade II. There are 58.3% of cases with good scars healing, and 50% of cases with harmonious color of skin graft compared to normal surrounding skin. Recording to patient satisfaction, good outcome accounts for 50%, pretty good outcome accounts for 50%, poor outcome is not recorded. Conclusion: Full-thickness skin grafting combined with stem cell products in treating lower eyelid ectropion brings highly satisfactory results, helping to increase the survival rate of the grafted skin.
