Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the results of mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy under ultrasound guidance for treatment of kidney stones at 19-8 hospital. Patients and methods: Cross-sectional description of 185 patients have been operated by mini percutaneous nephrolithotomy under ultrasound guidance for treatment of kidney stones at 19-8 hospital from Jan 2021 to Dec 2022. The patients have assessed and collected characteristics, the collected date is processed on the system statistics SPSS 20.0 software program. Results: The average age is 51,7 ± 13,6 years. Mean stone size was 24,17 ± 7,6 mm. Stones in renal pelvis were 48,11% (89/185 patients). The stone free rate after the first operating was 72,97%; 27,03% patients were performed the second operating and the stone free rate after 1 month was 98,38%. The rate of complications was 15,68%, including 14,60% fever post-operative; 0,54% bleeding with transfusion; 0,54% septic shock. Conclusion: Mini percutaneous nephrolithotomy under ultrasound guidance for treatment of kidney stones is the efficacy, safety methods.
