Abstract

Objective: The study was performed to investigate the clinical and subclinical characteristics of Hypertension at Geriatric Department - National Hospital of Traditional Medicine. Subjects and Method: Cross-sectional descriptive studies, retrospective studies method on 454 patients with a convenient sampling method, from 01/2022 to 12/2022. Results and Conclusion: The common clinical symptoms according to Modern Medicine: insomnia (71.4%), dizziness (54.8%), dizziness (54.6%), headache (52.4%). The average blood pressure at admission was 98.8 ± 12.6 mmHg. The clinical patterns according to Traditional Medicine: liver-kidney yin vacuity (72.0%), yin-yang vacuity (2.9%). The most commonly subclinical characteristics were an electrocardiogram (90.3%), straight chest X-ray (77.1%), blood creatinine (71.8%), and total urinalysis (68.3%). Ophthalmoscopy is the least commonly subclinical characteristics (0.7%).
