INDICATIONS OF CESAREAN DELIVERY FOR FIRST BIRTH IN BACH MAI HOSPITAL

Abstract
Objectives: study on indications of the cesarean section in nulliparous women at the National Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the last 6 months of 2021. Materials and methods: all cesarean sections in nulliparous women from 01/06/2021 to 30/12/2021. Gestational age ≥ 22 was included. A retrospective study. Results: We study with 390 women took cesarean delivery for first birth. Mean age: 25 -29 years old, Indications of placenta: 34.7%; Indications of fetus: 30.1%; Maternal diseases: 10.0%. Indications of pregnant throne: 7.5%; Indications related to genital tracts: 7.7%. The most common indication was premature rupture of membranes, fetal macrosomia, due to fetal distress.
