CASE REPORT: APPLING ANTEROLATERAL THIGH FLAP TO LATERAL SKULL BASE DEFECT AFTER AMELOBLASTOMA SURGERY OF THE MAXILLA WITH INFRATEMPORAL FOSSA
Main Article Content
Abstract
Ameloblastoma is rare disease with high recurrence rate. Sugery is the first choice for the diseases. When tumor appear again and remove the tumor a lot times. They will create very large defect of maxilla, infratemporal fossa area and megingeal defect of lateral skull base. So, it is necessary free flap to reconstruction of the large defect. We arc appling anterolateral thigh flap to reconstruct maxillofacial, infratemporal fossa area and megingeal defect of lateral skull base. They arc initial give good result.
