Abstract

Objective: To describe the knowledge and practice of adherence to treatment of patients after coronary stenting intervention at Cardiovascular Center of Hai Duong General Hospital. Subjects and research methods: cross-sectional description, convenient sampling. Results: 54.1% of the patients had a good understanding of the drug, 37.3% had a moderate knowledge and only 8.6% of the patients had a poor understanding. The rate of patient compliance was 73.89%, poor compliance was 26.11%. Conclusion: it is necessary to take measures to maintain and strengthen the activities, management, care and follow-up of patients regularly, the hospital strengthens the inspection, monitoring and evaluation of compliance improvement activities. the patient's treatment to see if the desired effect is achieved.
