Abstract

Research to evaluate the effectiveness of colon cleansing, evaluate the safety and benefit of the method of using 02 Fortrans packets at Tan Cang Medical Center. Performed on people with indications for digestive endoscopy at Tan Cang Medical Center from December 2022 to June 2023 through 2 stages, the evaluation tool is the BBPS scale. Phase 1 results showed that there was no difference in colon cleansing effectiveness in the group of 2 Fortrans packets, 8,6 ± 0,5 points, and 3 Fortrans packets, 7,0 ± 1,2 points. Phase 2 results show that compliance with diet, medication regimen, medication dosing interval and endoscopy time have a positive impact on colon cleansing effectiveness. People with a history of constipation are not suitable for usesage with 02 packs of Fortrans.
