SURVEY OF SATISFACTION OF WOMEN HAVING CAESAREAN AT POSPARTUM DEPARTMENT OF HANOI OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY HOSPITAL IN 2023

Abstract
Objectives: Describe the satisfaction rate and related factors of women who have caesarean at Pospartum Department of Hanoi Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital in 2023. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study, data from 130 women having cesarean section at Postpartum Department at Hanoi Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital from January 2023 to April 2023. Results: The percentage of pregnant women who are satisfied with the service quality of the Postpartum Department is 69,2%. Maternal satisfaction is highest in terms of the professional competence of healthcare workers at 97,7% and lowest in facilities and means of service with 83,8%. There is a relationship between occupation and overal satisfaction of pregnant women. Conclusion: Most pregnant women after cesarean section are satisfied with the professional quality and service at the Postpartum Department.
