RESULTS OF TREATMENT IN INFERTILITY COUPLES DUE TO AZOOSPERMIA AT HANOI OBSTETRIC HOSPITAL

Abstract
Retrospective study conducted on 134 infertile couples due to azoospermia at Hanoi Obstetrics Hospital. Objective: To evaluate the results of in vitro fertilization treatment and some factors related to pregnancy outcomes after embryo transfer in infertile couples due to azoospermia. Results: In 101 cases of embryo transfer, there were 57 pregnancies, accounting for 56.4%, of which 49 were clinical pregnancies. Conclusion: There is a statistically significant difference between pregnancy outcomes between subjects with testicular volume from 10 - 15ml. However, there was no relationship between the sperm concentration obtained after the PESA procedure and the quality of transferred embryos with pregnancy rate.
