Abstract

Objective: Evaluating long – term treatment results of athroscopy anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction using all-inside method with Hamstring tendon autograft. Subjects and methods: A cross – sectional description method was conducted on 65 patients with anterior cruciate ligament rupture have been had arthroscopic surgery by all-inside method with Hamstring tendon autograft in Viet Duc Hospital from 2016. Results: 100% patients have positive Lachman sign and no restrict knee range of motion; 7,7% patients have numbness in incison. According to Lysholm score, almost patients rated as excellent and good (12,31% and 84,62%), 3,08% as bad with 1 patient had a surgery again because of occupational accident. Conclusions: 6 years folowing up, arthroscopic surgery by all-inside method with Hamstring tendon autograft shows good and efficacios results without arthrosis.
