Abstract

Objective: Determine the relationship between some autoantibodies and subclinical manifestations in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus treated at the medical examination department of Bach Mai Hospital in 2023. Subjects and methods: 188 patients Systemic Lupus erythematosus patients will be examined and treated as outpatients at the medical examination department of Bach Mai Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023. Horizontal cut representation. Results: Positive anti-DsDNA, Sm and C1q antibodies had a higher risk of hemoglobin reduction than the negative group, 2.34 times, 2.35 times and 2.48 times, respectively. The positive anti-DsDNA and Sm antibody groups had leukopenia more than the negative anti-DsDNA antibody group by 0.23 times and 0.19 times, respectively, statistically significant with p < 0.05. Positive anti-C1q antibodies have a 6.39 times higher risk of thrombocytopenia than negative anti-C1q antibodies. The anti-DsDNA and C1q antibody group had a statistically significant 3.61 and 2.46 times higher risk of glomerulonephritis than the negative group. Positive antinuclear, anti-DsDNA, anti-Sm, and anti-C1q antibodies have a 15.3-fold higher risk of hypocomplementation than negative patients, respectively; 7.69 times; 2.64 times and 3.67 times Conclusion: Positive autoantibodies alone or together are associated with paraclinical features of systemic lupus erythematosus.
