TREATMENT OF CESAREAN SCAR PRENANCIES 8 - 12 WEEKS AT HANOI OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY HOSPITAL FROM 2021 TO 2022

Abstract
Subjects: Medical records of patients diagnosed with 8 - 12 weeks of pregnancy at a cesarean section scar, treated at A5 Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology - Hanoi Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital from January 1, 2021 to January 31 December 2022. Objective: Review treatment of cesarean scar prenancies 8 - 12 weeks at Hanoi Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital from 2021 to 2022. Research methods: Descriptive retrospective study. Research results: In 88 case of cesarean scar prenancies, the study recorded the rate of abortion, surgical removal of the gestational sac, partial hysterectomy as 69.32% - 26.13% - 4.55%. Abortion, is prescribed for gestational age 8 and 9 weeks, combined with methods, including: MTX methods, balloon tamponade and post-vaccination tocolytic drugs, with a success rate of 90.16%. Cases within gestational age 10 – 12 weeks are defined as surgical removal of the gestational sac, partial hysterectomy with success rates of 95.65% and 100%. Conclusion: The treatment methods are properly prescribed and have achieved a very high success rate (abortion 90.16%; surgerical removal of gestational sac 95.65%; hysterectomy: 100 %).
