TÁC DỤNG HỖ TRỢ HẠ ĐƯỜNG HUYẾT CỦA VIÊN NANG VƯƠNG ĐƯỜNG KHANG TRÊN MỘT SỐ CHỈ TIÊU CẬN LÂM SÀNG

Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the blood glucose lowering effect of “Vuong Duong Khang” capsules in some paraclinical index. Study subjects: 30 patients with a confirmed diagnosis of type 2 diabetes with: 7.2 < blood glucose ≤ 10 mmol/L, 7% ≤ HbA1c ≤ 8% according to selection criteria. Methods: prospective study, clinical intervention, comparising before and after treatment. Treatment results: After 90 days of treatment, fasting blood glucose decreased from 7.93 ± 0.56 mmol/l to 7,84 ± 1,34 mmol/l, HbA1c decreased from 7.22 ± 0.23% to 7.15 ± 0.53%, although both indexes decreased but were not statistically significant with p > 0.05. Conclusion: Vuong Duong Khang has the effect of lowering blood glucose but not statistically significant with p > 0.05
