THE CURRENT SITUATION AFTER TRANSFER TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATION IN SOME PROVINCIAL HOSPITALS, PERIOD 2017-2021

Abstract
Background: Training and transfer activities are one of the important solutions highly appreciated by the Ministry of Health and upper-level hospitals to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment for lower-level hospitals. Objectives: Assessing the current state of technical implementation after transfer in some provincial hospitals, period 2017-2021. Methods: Cross-sectional survey, quantitative combined with qualitative research. Results: The study investigated information from 21 specialized techniques at 13 provincial hospitals. The results showed that, 85.7% of techniques are being implemented by provincial hospitals, of which, 94.4% of techniques are deployed well and 5.6% of techniques are deployed not well
