KẾT QUẢ PHẪU THUẬT NỘI SOI KẾT HỢP KIM ENDO ĐIỀU TRỊ THOÁT VỊ BẸN BẨM SINH TẠI BỆNH VIỆN TRẺ EM HẢI PHÒNG

Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the results of endoscopic treatment of endoscopic treatment of inguinal hernia in children with Endo needles. Materials and methods: Descriptive retrospective and prospective study, including 114 patients under 16 years of age, regardless of gender, diagnosed with inguinal hernia underwent laparoscopic surgery at Hai Phong Children’s hospital from 3/2022 to 3/2023. Result: The mean age was 50,6 ± 31,5 months of age; right ingunal hernial was more common than left side (54,6% vs 45,6%); 42,2% patients (47/114) had bilateral ingunal hernial, including 45 patients discovered contralateral hernia during surgery; the mean operation time was 23,8 ± 5,7 minutes, the mean length of hospital stay was 4,1 days; no patients had recurrent inguinal hernia. Conclusion: Laparoscopic inguinal hernia surgery in children with Endo needle is safe and high effective method.
