Abstract

Surgical repair of suprarenal and thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms are complex with high morbidity and mortality. Hybrid procedures, based on a combination of conventional open techniques and endovascular intervention with a stent graft were described and expected to be alternative approaches.3 However actual results are quite variable.3 Those techniques are therefore mainly applied to subsets of patients with high surgical risk. We analyzed two clinical cases, who underwent hybrid technique at the Viet Duc University Hospital in June 2021 and review some characteristics of these techniques.
