Abstract

Objectives: Evaluate the effects of “Mach Vanh WIN WIN” product in supporting the treatment of patients with stable angina of degrees I and II at the Dong Da General hospital. Methods: This is an open - controlled clinical trial study, comparing before and after treatment and between control and study group. 60 patients were divided into two group: the study group used Mach vanh WIN WIN with basic medicine, the control group used basic medicine. Results: After 30 days of treatment, in the study group, the average number of chest pain attacks per week decreased from 2,71 ± 0,86 to 1,43 ± 0,67 (p < 0.05).  to improve in chest pain before and after treatment. Scores evaluate the degree of relief of symptoms according to traditional medicine in the study group decreased from 14,6 ± 2,9 to 8,5 ± 3,1, the difference was statistically significant (p < 0,05). Conclusion: Mach Vanh WIN WIN was effective in supporting the treatment of patients with stable angina of degrees I and II.
