Abstract

Objective: Describe the clinical characteristics of female patients with rheumatoid arthritis at the outpatient clinic of Hai Duong Provincial General Hospital in 2021. Subjects and research methods: cross-sectional description, convenience sampling. Results: The average age of the study subjects was 53.35 ± 7.61 years. The average duration of the disease is 3.65 ± 2.65 years, the lowest is 4 months, the highest is 10 years. Among them, 58 patients (96.7%) had morning stiffness. The average duration of morning stiffness was 31.21 ± 29.2 minutes. According to the DAS28 scale, the number of patients with inactive disease is 5 patients (8.3%), mild disease activity is 6 patients (10%), moderate disease activity is 37 patients (61, 7%), strong disease activity was 12 patients (20%). According to the VAS scale, the number of patients with mild pain is 12 patients (20%), moderate pain is 27 patients (45%), and severe pain is 21 patients (35%). Conclusion: Most patients are middle-aged, 96.7% have morning stiffness, the average duration of stiffness is over 30 minutes
