Tinh hoàn lạc chỗ là khi một hoặc cả hai tinh hoàn không xuống bìu trong khi thai nhi đang phát triển. Là một trong những yếu tố nguy cơ cao nhất gây ung thư tinh hoàn ở nam giới. Chúng tôi báo cáo một trường hợp bệnh nhân nam 33 tuổi, đã có 2 con khỏe mạnh, được chẩn đoán u tinh bào tinh hoàn bên trái lạc chỗ trong ổ bụng, được phẫu thuật nội soi ổ bụng cắt tinh hoàn trái và sau điều trị được hóa trị thêm 1 chu kỳ Carboplatin (AUC7).
