Đặt vấn đề: Những nghiên cứu về di xa răng hàm bằng khay trong suốt trên thế giới và đặc biệt tại Việt Nam chưa nhiều, kết quả chưa thống nhất. Mục tiêu: Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm tổng quan về hiệu quả điều trị di xa răng hàm bằng khay trong suốt. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu sử dụng phương pháp tổng quan luận điểm thu thập và phân tích các bài báo từ các nguồn như Pubmed, Science Direct, Google Schoolar, Cochcrane. Kết quả: 12 nghiên cứu đã được trích xuất và phân tích tổng quan luận điểm. Kết luận: Di xa răng bằng khay trong suốt có hiệu quả đối với các trường hợp khớp cắn loại I, II và tình trạng răng chen chúc mức nhẹ và trung bình.
