THE STATUS OF RATIONALLY NUTRITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, ATTITUDE AND PRACTICE IN WOMEN OF REPRODUCTIVE AGE 15-49 AT CO LUNG COMMUNE, PHU LUONG DISTRICT, THAI NGUYEN PROVINCE

Abstract
Objectives: To assess the status of rationally nutritional knowledge, attitude and practice in women of reproductive age 15 - 49 at Co Lung Commune, Phu Luong District, Thai Nguyen Province in 2022. Research subjects and methods: The study was conducted by descriptive method with a cross-sectional design on 522 women of reproductive age 15 - 49 at Co Lung Commune, Phu Luong District, Thai Nguyen Province. Research results: The rate of subjects with good knowledge about the causes and prevention measures of prolonged energy deficiency was not high (40.4% and 51.9%). There was 19.9% of the study subjects only ate 2 meals a day, the percentage of subjects who maintain a daily or regular exercise routine was low (3.6% and 13.2%). Good general knowledge about proper nutrition among women of childbearing age in Co Lung commune, Phu Luong district accounts for 48.6%, good general attitude only accounts for 40.6% and good general practice accounts for only 40.6%. low rate 29.4%
