RESEARCH ON PATTERNS OF DISEASES IN COMMUNE HEALTH CONTERS IN VINH LONG GENERAL HOSPITAL IN 2021

Abstract
Background: Socioeconomic contbtions and lifestyles of people have a strong influence on disease patterns [1]. While there have been a number of disease pattern studies in hospitals, research on pattern of disease in the community is rather limited. Therefore. there is no adequate evidence of the health care needs of the people. Objectives: To determine the highest proportion of ICD10 cases and illnesses among patients at commune health centers in V&A tong province in 2014 Subjects and methods: The study was conducted by retrospective data collection of either computemed records and/or in records registered in examination books of 130813 patients who came for treatment and treatment from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014 at eight health stations selected in eight districts — town and city in Penh Long province. Diseases is classified according to chapter according to 1CD-10 classification according to the 3-character code of the World Health Organkation, consisting of 21 chapters. Results: chapter of respiratory disease (Chapter X) accounted for 33.47% circulatory system (Chapter IX). 21.78% isseases of musculoskeletal system and connective tissue (chapter XIII). 13,4% Gastrointestinal disease (Chapter XI) 11 /9%. In children with respiratory system (Chapter A') is the most common, accounting for over 70% In people aged 16-59 years and the elderly, the highest incidence is circulatory disease (Chapter IX) 20 77% and 3613% respiratory diseases (chapter X) and 26.3%. and 18.45% musculoskektal disorders (Chapter XIII) 15 99% and 17 49%, and gastrointestinal disease (Chapter XI) 12.99% and 10.43%Three common diseases in the commune health centers were primary hypertension, acute Mind's. and arthriti. Conclusion: Patterns of disease in commune health centers have tended to increase the number of non-communicable diseases, decrease in infectious diseases and poisoning.
