Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the results of embryo transfer after performing the non-invasive genetic analysis method (Nonivasive Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidy - NiPGT-A). Subjects and methods: A cross-sectional, prospective observational study on 44 couples who were indicated for preimplantation genetic testing to screen for aneuploidy (PGT-A) and NiPGT-A from 2020-2024 at Tam Anh General Hospital - Hanoi, embryos were cultured using the single-drop culture process. Results: All 25 transferred embryos (21 couples) were transferred as single embryos, accounting for 100%; 17 day 5 blastocysts were transferred (68%) and 8 day 6 blastocysts (32%); The majority of transferred blastocysts had very good quality at 72%, good blastocysts 16%, average blastocysts 12%, and no cases of poor quality blastocysts were transferred. The pregnancy rate was 76%, of which the biochemical pregnancy rate was 12% and the clinical pregnancy rate was 64%. There were 13 clinical pregnancies with fetal heartbeats, accounting for 52% and 57.89% of the pregnancies progressed; 7 live births were recorded at the time of the study, accounting for 36.84%. There were 5 cases of stillbirth and miscarriage, accounting for 26.31%; 1 case of congenital malformation, accounting for 5.26%. There were 11/19 single pregnancies, accounting for 57.89%, and 1 case of multiple pregnancies, accounting for 5.26%. Conclusion: The pregnancy rate was 76%, of which the biochemical pregnancy rate was 12% and the clinical pregnancy rate was 64%. There were 13 clinical pregnancies with fetal heartbeat, accounting for 52%, and 57.89% of pregnancies progressed; 7 cases of live births were recorded at the time of the study, accounting for 36.84%
