Abstract

Objective: Evaluation results of endodontic treatment of Posterior Maxillary molars using Jizai rotary file system at Hai Phong Medical University Hospital in 2025. Research subjects and methods: 41 molars with irreversible pulpitis indicated for endodontic treatment were included in a nonrandomized clinical intervention study from January to October 2025. Results: The average preparation time using the Jazai file system was 45.61±11.19 minutes, the fastest shaping time was 25 minutes, the longest was 65 minutes. The average shaping time for the molar group was 51.00±7.58 minutes. There were no complications during the root canal preparation process. The successful treatment results tended to gradually increase over the follow-up time: The results immediately after filling were 92.7%, after 1 month were 92.7%, after 3 months were 97.5% and after 6 months were 100% and there were no cases of failure. Conclusion: Shaping with the Jizai rotary file was significantly safe, had no complications, and gave initial successful results with ha igh rate.
