Abstract

Objectives: Describe the post-operative nutritional practices of colorectal cancer patients at Viet Tiep Friendship Hospital in 2025. Research subjects and methods: cross-sectional description, convenience sampling. Results and conclusions: Although the knowledge rate is quite high, the level of nutritional practice is not commensurate. Only 22.9% of patients practice good nutrition, while 77.1% practice poorly. Limited nutritional behaviors such as not supplementing whole grains (60%), eating less after surgery (44.8%) and not maintaining a full daily diet show that there is still a gap between awareness and action.
