Abstract

Purposes: To evaluate to the results of athroscopy for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Subjects and method: 45 patient with  anterior cruciate ligament rupture have been had  arthroscopic surgery by all-inside method using following Lyshoml scale at 175 military hospital. Results: Before treatment, Mean of Lyshoml score 31.29 ± 4.95, 100% of patient with anterior cruciate ligament rupture have function of knee at poor level. Lyshoml score after surgery is significantly higher than before treatment (86.04 ± 4.87; 31.29 ± 4.95, ppair t-test < 0,05), there are improvement of function of knee after treatment (Very good: 77.78%, good: 17.78%, moderately: 4.44%). Age, sex, graft diameter, positions of the femoral and tibial tunnel have affected to function of knee after surgery (p<0.05). Conclusions: anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction by all-inside in patient with anterior cruciate ligament rupture give good recover of functions and is associated with age, sex, graft diameter, positions of femoral and tibial tunnels.
