Abstract

Objective: To describe the clinical and subclinical characteristics of typical endometrial hyperplasia patients treated with Mirena IUDs at Hanoi Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital. Methods: this is a cross-sectional study. Results: Mean age was 41.3 ± 4.4years old, 100% of patients with menometrorrhagia, of which menorrhagia accounted for 67.7%, endometrial thickness is over 9 mm accounting for 89.3%, 100% of the pathological results are hyperplasia. Conclusion: All patients with symptoms of menometrorrhagia, and endometrial thickness mainly over 9mm.
