Results: The mean age was 48,1 ± 4,2, mainly in the 45-50 group (42,5%). All of the patients who underwent surgery have had children. The prevalence of abdominal surgery scar is 13,4%. The group of uterine sizes as the size of an eight to twelve-week pregnancy was 86,7%. Most of the patients are neither anemic nor only mild anemia. Conclusion: Total hysterectomy of uterine fibroids by laparoscopic surgery was performed mainly on patients aged 45-50 and who had enough children. Despite the development of laparoscopic instruments, preoperative factors such as abdominal surgery scar, uterine size, and anemia are considered under specific circumstances.
