HUMAN RESOURCES OF THE HOSPITAL IN THE DISTRICT HEALTH CENTER D.T. BINH DUONG PROVINCE THE YEARS 2013, 2016 AND 2019

Abstract
Retrospective research on data from local health reports (according to the form of MOH) in 3 periods of 2013, 2016 and 2019 with two objectives: (1) Describe the human resources of D.T. District Health Center. Binh Duong province in the years 2013, 2016 and 2019 and (2) analyze the labor utilization efficiency during the above period. The results show that: While the planned bed has not increased in 7 years, the manpower of the D.T District Medical Center. In the past years, it is still at a high level compared to the margin, tended to increase by 8.03%, the clinical volume increased equivalent to the prophylactic block. The increase in human resources is uneven, the number of doctors is growing faster than the number of nurses, leading to an increasingly imbalanced nurse/doctor ratio. The average number of inpatients/doctor/year has gradually decreased (from 270 to 162 patients/1 doctor) but the average per nurse tends to increase. Regarding the clinic area, the doctor's labor efficiency decreased significantly from 5464 times (about 22 patients/physician/day) to 2730 (11 patients/physician/day). he average income per employee has increased over the years from 113.7 million VND/medical worker/year (2013) to 206 million VND (2019). Employee efficiency by revenue (in terms of money) increased from 18.48% (in 2013) to 24.76% (in 2019). Conclusions: Human resources for medical examination and treatment activities tend to increase gradually over the years, ensuring a higher level than the norm. Labor efficiency in terms of output is the number of patients, which tends to decrease, but in terms of revenue, it tends to increase.
