COMPARING PATIENT SATISFACTION WITH THE QUALITY OF PHARMACY SERVICES AT PHARMACIES OF THE PHARMACY SYSTEM AT HANOI MEDICAL UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL

Abstract
Objective: To compare outpatient satisfaction with the quality of pharmacy services at pharmacies of the pharmacy system at Hanoi Medical University Hospital. Subjects and methods: A cross-sectional study was caried out with 400 outpatients who came to hospital pharmacy. A self- administered questionnaire was used to collect data. SPSS 22.0 software was used to perform descriptive analysis. Results: The overall score mean of outpatient satisfaction with hospital pharmacy services was 8.78/10 (SD = 1.07). There was no significant difference in patient satisfaction with service quality at each pharmacy in system (p > 0.05). Conclusion: Patients are satisfied with the service at the pharmacy system of Hanoi Medical University Hospital. Some factors need to be improved at each pharmacy such as: pharmacy space, waiting time and price.
