CLINICAL AND PARACLINICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF SMALL, MEDIUM COVID-19 PATIENTS AND RELATED FACTORS AT THE NUMBER 1 THAI NGUYEN COVID-19 HOSPITAL

Abstract
Objectives: To described clinical characteristics and factors affecting smell disorders in mild and moderate COVID-19 patients at COVID-19 Hospital No1. Methods: descriptive, sampling the whole, obtained 1200 patients with mild and moderate Covid-19 inpatient treatment at the hospital. Statistical processing of data. Results: Male patient 53.67%, mean age 42.22 ± 4.33, fever 63.75%. Body pain, joint pain 54.75%; joint pain, fatigue 57.42%. Cough 29.59%; sneezing, runny nose 42.17%; disorder of smell 51.75%, rale 31.92%. Abnormalities on X-ray 22.67%, abnormalities in blood count: decrease in white blood cell count 38.75%; neutrophils 26.75%; Lymphocyte reduction 72.08%; CRP increased by 62.67%. Conclusion: factors: age, clinical symptoms: fever, cough, sneezing, runny nose, rales in the lungs, subclinical symptoms: blood count, CRP increased were related to symptoms. Taste and smell disorders in mild and moderate Covid-19 patients.
