THE MICROSURGICAL REPARING OF LACRIMAL DUCT INJURY IN PATIENTS WITH MULTIPLE MAXILOFACIAL TRAUMA: TWO CASES AND LITERATURE REVIEW
Main Article Content
Abstract
Lacrimal duct damage is not uncommon in head and neck emergency. If not treated early, it will leave many complications that are difficult to repair for patients. Therefore, the deployment of lacrimal sutures under a surgical microscope plays an important role in the emergency treatment of eyelash wounds. However, patients with lacrimal duct lesions are often accompanied by multiple maxillofacial injuries. In this article, we evaluate the initial results of two cases of concomitant lacrimal duct lesions when operating multiple maxillofacial injuries.
