Abstract

Objective: Describe the satisfaction of medical staff at Agricultural General Hospital in 2022. Research methods: Descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out from June to December 2022 at the General Hospital of Agriculture with a sample size of 380 medical staff. Using survey questionnaires on the satisfaction of medical staff issued by the Ministry of Health in 2019. The results of the research have determined that health workers are satisfied with their current work. All aspects in the study were assessed as satisfied by the medical staff: about the working environment; about direct leadership, colleagues; on internal regulations, salary and benefits; about work, learning and promotion opportunities; hospital in general.
