A number of long COVID symptoms correlated moderately with SF-36 scores (r = – 0,334, p < 0,05). 6MWD correlated weakly with role-physical (RF) (r = 0,132; p < 0,05) and physical functioning (r = 0,120; p < 0,05). FEV1 correlated weakly with role-physical (r = 0,126; p < 0,05) and physical functioning (r = 0,114; p < 0,05). FVC correlated weakly with physical functioning (r = 0,120; p < 0,05), social functioning (r = 0,168; p < 0,05), general health (r = 0,074; p < 0,05).
