Main Article Content
Abstract
Recent studies have shown that instant immediate functional loading of dental implant for full – arch restoration are increasingly popular, as well as patient acceptance, and high satisfaction. Purpose: Description of clinical and radiographic characteristics of a group of patients with immediate loaded Full arch Implant Rehabilitation on dental implants at NHOS in 2022 – 2023. Materials and Methods: Twenty-seven patients (mean age 61,93 years) with edentulous received 139 implants Dentium (four to six each) and an implant-supported fixed interim prosthesis within 72 hours after surgery. Implant stability was checked with a torque device, and the implant stability quotient was determined with resonance frequency analysis. Results: The age of the study patients was from 39 to 75 years old, the average age was 61.93 ± 9,758 of which the age group accounted for the most proportion was 61-70 years old (51.9%). The highest percentage of total tooth loss is odontogenic inflammation, using 60%. According to our research, the average maximum resisting force is 44.35 ± 6.4 Ncm in the range of 35-70 Ncm. Conclusions: The most implant height in the study was 12mm. The most common cause of tooth loss is periodontitis. Implants were placed using an average insertion torque of 44,35 ± 6,4 Ncm (range, 35–70 Ncm).
