Sự phát triển của kỹ thuật ghép gan từ người cho sống làm giảm tỷ lệ tử vong của các bệnh nhân mắc bệnh gan giai đoạn cuối. Việc đảm bảo lưu thông mật-ruột đóng vai trò quan trọng trong sự sống sót của mảnh ghép. Các biến chứng đường mật làm tăng tỷ lệ suy mảnh ghép và thải ghép, trong đó biến chứng phổ biến nhất là hẹp đường mật. Hiện nay, can thiệp điện quang đã trở thành một phương pháp điều trị rộng rãi, hiệu quả và ít xâm lấn trong điều trị các biến chứng đường mật sau ghép gan. Chúng tôi mô tả một trường hợp lâm sàng trẻ nam 14 tuổi có biến chứng hẹp miệng nối mật ruột sau ghép gan từ người cho sống 3 tháng, đã được điều trị thành công bằng can thiệp điện quang tại bệnh viện Nhi Trung ương.
