Viêm huyệt ổ răng khô là một trong những biến chứng chưa rõ nguyên nhân có thể xảy ra sau khi nhổ răng, gây ra những cơn đau dữ dội mà chưa có 1 phương pháp điều trị hệu quả. Huyết tương giàu tiểu cầu đã được báo cáo trong điều trị viêm huyệt ổ răng khô, báo cáo trường hợp điều trị viêm huyệt ổ răng khô của chúng tôi cho thấy hiệu quả của huyết tương giàu tiểu cầu cho điều trị viêm huyệt răng khô cho bệnh nhân Việt Nam.
